We are Carely Chichester, and we provide care in people's own homes across Chichester and the surrounding parts of West Sussex. We support older people and younger adults, and the aim in both cases is the same: enough of the right help, at the right times, for somebody to carry on living where they want to live. Home carries a great deal with it. Your own routine, your own kitchen, neighbours who notice you, the freedom to decide when to get up and what to have for tea. Losing those things is a genuine loss, and very often it can be put off for a long while with support that is reliable and well matched. Every arrangement begins with a conversation in the person's own home. What does a normal day look like now? What has become difficult? What do you still want to manage yourself, and where would a hand actually help? We build the visits from those answers and adjust them as circumstances move. We keep carers as consistent as we can, because care is easier to accept from someone you recognise. We are newly registered and have not yet had an overall rating published by the Care Quality Commission.
