Where somebody communicates through signing, pictures, objects or their own familiar gestures, our staff learn their way of doing it rather than expecting the reverse. Support can cover personal care, medication, cooking and shopping, help with money and correspondence, getting out, and simply somebody alongside on a difficult day.
