Support covers personal care, medication, meals and drinks, housework and laundry, shopping, getting out to appointments or somewhere sociable, and company. Where somebody has a physical disability we look closely at equipment, transfers and how the home is set up. Some of the people we support need only an hour or two a week, and we think that is worth doing well rather than treating as too small to bother with.
