HH Care provides support to adults in their own homes in Wandsworth and the surrounding part of London. We work with older people and younger adults, adults with learning disabilities and autism, people with physical disabilities, and people who have sight or hearing loss. The idea behind what we do is simple. It is the person's home and the person's life, and our role is to provide whatever support makes that workable while leaving as much as possible in their hands. Where somebody communicates in their own way, we learn how they do it. Where somebody has a physical disability or sight and hearing loss, we agree together how they want to be helped and approached.
