About Falcon Carers
Falcon Carers supports people in their own homes in Sale and across Trafford. We are a home care agency, so our care workers come to you, and the whole arrangement exists so that people do not have to leave home to get the help they need. We support older people, adults with a learning disability and autistic adults, people living with mental health conditions including eating disorders, people with physical disabilities, people with a visual or hearing impairment, younger adults, and people whose lives have been affected by alcohol or drug misuse. That breadth is only workable if we plan properly for each person, so we start with a conversation about how someone lives now, what has become difficult and what they want to keep doing themselves. Visits can cover personal care, support with medication, meals and shopping, help keeping a household going, or company and a steady presence. We keep consistent teams because trust is built through repetition and because a care worker who knows somebody notices when things change.
