What stays the same is that we plan around what the person wants their week to look like, and we keep the same small team going in so they are not explaining themselves afresh every visit. We take punctuality seriously, because a late call is not a minor inconvenience when someone is waiting to get out of bed. Our staff are trained before working alone and supervised in the field, not just on paper. We should be plain about our latest inspection. The Care Quality Commission found that we require improvement, and we are working through each of the points raised.
