About Nubah Social Care

We build small, settled teams around each person and keep changes to a minimum, because a familiar face at the door changes the whole feel of a visit. For people living with dementia, that familiarity does more good than anything else we could promise. Where we support autistic adults, people with learning disabilities and younger adults, the emphasis is on enabling rather than doing. Where we support people with mental health needs, eating disorders or the effects of alcohol or drug misuse, we work in step with the clinical teams involved.
