Chenai Holistic Home Care Agency provides support at home to people in Tower Hamlets. Our visits are planned around the person's own day rather than a standard package. For some people that means a call first thing to help with washing, dressing and medication. Where a person is in recovery from an eating disorder, mealtimes are handled calmly and according to the plan agreed with them and the professionals involved rather than improvised. Tower Hamlets households differ enormously in language, food and family custom, and getting those things right is part of ordinary good care rather than an extra. We visit before support begins, agree the plan with the person and anyone they want involved, write it plainly and review it as needs change.
