At Sana Care, we provide home care support to people living in Woking and the surrounding areas of Surrey. We work with older adults, younger adults, people living with dementia, those with learning disabilities or autism, and people with physical disabilities. Our aim is straightforward: to help people live as independently and comfortably as possible in their own homes.
