At Freedom Care 24/7, we provide home care to people living in Epsom and the surrounding areas of Surrey. We support individuals in the place they know best — their own home — and we work hard to make sure that care fits around each person's life rather than the other way around. We work with a wide range of people, including older adults, younger adults living with physical disabilities, those experiencing mental health difficulties, and people with visual or hearing impairments. Our approach is straightforward. We listen carefully before we do anything else. We take the time to understand all of that before putting a care plan in place, and we revisit it regularly because people's needs change. We are proud that our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission resulted in an overall rating of Good. That matters to us, not because of the rating itself, but because it reflects what our care workers do day in and day out when no one is watching. We know that inviting someone into your home, or making that decision for a loved one, is not something people take lightly. There can be a lot of uncertainty involved, and we try to make the process as clear and straightforward as possible from the very first conversation.
