Care Cover 24/7 provides care and support in people's own homes in Wolverhampton and the surrounding parts of Staffordshire. The support itself is agreed with the person. For some of the people we support, particularly younger adults and those with learning disabilities, our role is more about building confidence and independence than doing things for them. Carers complete their training before working alone, and senior colleagues visit, review and supervise regularly. We keep families informed and we tell them promptly when something has not gone as planned.
