We are Phoenix Healthcare, a home care agency supporting adults in Tamworth and the surrounding part of Staffordshire. We provide care and support in people's own homes. The range of people we work with is broad. Some people need a brief call once a day and others need us several times. Continuity matters more than almost anything else in this work, particularly where trust has taken time to build. So we try to keep the same small group of workers going to the same person, and we keep to the times we have agreed. We have not yet received an overall rating from the Care Quality Commission.
