We are honest about our limits as well. Where somebody needs something we could not provide properly, we will say so rather than take the work on and manage it badly. Continuity is the part of home care that people feel most, so we try to keep the same carers going to the same people. It is what allows somebody to notice that today is not like other days, which is often the most useful thing to come out of a visit.
