Our starting point is a proper conversation about what the person wants changed and what they would rather we left alone. Plans are agreed rather than issued, and we revisit them when circumstances shift. Our overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. We ask the people we support how we are doing and give more weight to the awkward answers than the generous ones.
