The plan is agreed rather than issued and it changes when circumstances do. Support may be a short daily call for personal care and medication, several visits for meals, housework and company, or longer stretches for somebody who should not be alone. Across that spread of needs, training is a practical matter rather than a formality, and our staff have the knowledge for the people they visit before they go out to them. We keep teams as consistent as the rota allows and say in advance when a new face is coming. Our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission rated us good overall.
