About Epsom
Here at Epsom, we are a home care agency based in Southwark, London, providing personalised support to people in their own homes. We believe that where you live should never be a barrier to receiving the right care, and our aim is to help the people we support live comfortably, safely and as independently as possible. We work with a wide range of individuals, including older adults, younger adults, and people living with dementia, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments. Every person who comes to us has their own story, their own routines and their own preferences, and we take time to understand what matters most to each individual before we put any support in place. Our most recent Care Quality Commission rating is Good, which reflects the work our team puts in day to day. We are proud of that recognition, though we see it as a marker of where we are rather than where we stop. We continue to listen to the people we support and their families, and we use that feedback to keep improving the way we work. Being based in Southwark means we are firmly rooted in our local community. We understand the area, we understand the people who live here, and we are genuinely invested in making a positive difference to the lives of those we support close to home. If you are looking for care for yourself or someone you love, we would encourage you to get in touch and have a conversation with us. There is no obligation, and we are always happy to talk through what options might look like for your particular situation. We would very much welcome the chance to help.
