Here at You are my Sunshine Homecare, we provide person centred care and support to people living in Wedmore and the wider Somerset area. Our team comes into people's homes because we believe that staying in familiar surroundings, close to the people and routines that matter, makes a genuine difference to how someone feels and how well they thrive. We support a wide range of individuals, including older people, younger adults, and those living with dementia, mental health conditions or a physical disability.
