About Enliva Homecare

Our starting point is what somebody wants their day to look like rather than a list of what they can no longer do. From there the support might be a call each morning to help with washing, dressing, medication and breakfast, several visits through the day, help with meals, shopping and housework, or a hand getting out to an appointment. For some households the most valuable thing we provide is a longer visit that gives a family carer a few hours to themselves. We plan our rounds so that the same carers go to the same homes. Where physical disabilities are involved we make sure the equipment and the practical support are right, so that help with moving is safe and comfortable. We agree what is needed with the person and whoever they want involved, put it in plain writing and change it as circumstances change.
