About Auxilio Care
Auxilio Care provides care and support in people's own homes across Birmingham and Solihull. Most people would far rather stay at home, and our job is to make that a safe and realistic option for as long as it suits them. We visit older people and younger adults, including adults with learning disabilities, autistic adults, people managing mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities and people living with sight or hearing loss. Support may cover personal care, medication, meals, shopping, laundry and household tasks, and often company as well. Each of those needs asks something different of us in how we communicate, how we pace a visit and how we plan for the harder days, so we assess each person properly rather than letting a diagnosis decide what they require. The plan belongs to the person, family are part of it when the person wants them involved, and we revise it as circumstances move. We build continuity into the rota rather than hoping for it, train staff for the needs they will actually meet, and supervise them properly once they are in post. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. If you are thinking about support at home, please get in touch. We will visit, listen and give you an honest view of what would help.
