We are Caring Hands East London, based in Ilford and supporting people in their own homes across Redbridge and the surrounding boroughs. The people we work with cover a wide range. Where a person's needs call for specialist understanding, we prepare the carers going in rather than leaving them to work it out on the doorstep, and we keep the same carers with the same households wherever the rota allows.
