Where somebody is managing a mental health condition, an eating disorder or a problem with alcohol or drugs, the manner of a visit counts as much as its content, and we offer reliability without judgement while working alongside the specialist teams involved. We keep the same carers going into the same households and keep rounds local so calls arrive when they should. We have not yet had a full inspection of our own.
