Greenline Healthcare Group provides care at home for people across Nottingham. We support a wide range of adults, and each package is built around the person and their household rather than picked from a fixed list. For older people we help with personal care, medication, meals, laundry, shopping and keeping the home in order, and we support people to get out to appointments or simply out of the house. We also notice the quieter changes, a fading appetite or somebody less steady than last month, and raise them early with the family or the doctor. Where somebody is living with dementia we keep the same care workers visiting wherever the rota allows, follow the routine already in place and leave things where the person expects to find them. We support adults with a learning disability and autistic adults, where the work is usually about independence and about communicating in the way that suits the person, and adults with mental health needs, where reliability and respect matter more than paperwork. For people with a physical disability we help with moving safely and managing at home. Younger adults are supported around their own commitments. Our care workers are trained for the people they actually visit, and we keep teams as settled as the rota allows.
