About Cor Care Force

Our job is to make it workable again, with as much help as is genuinely needed and no more than that. We begin with a proper conversation rather than a form. What is actually difficult, what is still perfectly manageable, when the day starts, what a person would hate to lose, who should be contacted if something is wrong. From that we agree a plan, and we expect to change it as circumstances do. Then it comes down to reliability. The same small team, arriving when we said, doing what was agreed, and telling somebody promptly if a situation has shifted. That is the whole of good home care and it is harder to sustain than it sounds, which is why we plan our rotas conservatively.
