About Us
We provide support at home for people across Leicester. The people we visit include older people, younger adults, people with a learning disability or autism, people with a physical disability and people managing mental health conditions.
Everything begins with a proper conversation in your own home about your routine, your preferences and where help would make the biggest difference. Support can cover personal care and medication, cooking, shopping and housework, help getting out into the community or to work and college, or company for somebody who sees very few people in a week. Some people need one short call a day and others need several, or support overnight.
Because the range of needs we cover is wide, we think carefully about matching carers to the people they visit, since the right fit makes more difference than anything written in a plan. Once it is working we protect it by keeping the same small team visiting, and where somebody communicates in ways other than speech we take the time needed to understand properly rather than assume.
