About Rest Assured Homecare Services
Rest Assured Homecare supports people in their own homes in Otley and across the Leeds area. We work with older people, people living with dementia, adults with a learning disability, autistic adults, people living with mental ill health, people with a physical disability, people with visual or hearing impairment and younger adults. Having the kind of relationship where a person will actually tell you something is wrong. With eating disorders and with alcohol and drug misuse in particular, we train staff to support without lecturing. People generally know what they are struggling with. What helps is reliability and being treated as an adult. We keep the same carers going to the same people wherever rotas allow, because continuity is what makes all of the above possible.
