About All Aspects Health and Social Care

We start from the household as we find it rather than from a list of tasks. Who else lives there and how worn out they are. What the person can still do and would be insulted to have taken over. Which part of the day has actually broken down. From that we agree what we will do, write it in plain language, and change it when circumstances change, which they generally do. Visits run from half an hour to most of a day and cover personal care, medicines, meals, housework, shopping, appointments and company. We aim to send the same few workers to each household, because continuity is most of what makes home care tolerable. Our overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good.
