Then we build the support round that and put it in writing. In practice that covers personal care, medication, meals, help with moving safely at home, support to get out and about, and time simply spent with people. Where somebody is living with dementia we keep the same carers going in, because a familiar face does more good than any amount of technique. Our staff are trained before they work alone and supervised in people's homes once they do. We have not yet had a full inspection as a newer team, so please ask us searching questions rather than taking that on trust.
