Agaped Healthlink provides care and support to people in their own homes in Huddersfield and across Kirklees. We support older people and younger adults who need a hand to carry on living independently. What we do is mostly practical. Help to get washed and dressed in the morning and settled at night. Support with medication. Meals prepared, shopping fetched, the house kept in order. Help to get to an appointment, or simply out for a while.
