About Verified Care

Verified Care provides care and support in people's own homes across Hull and the surrounding area. We help people carry on living where they are settled, with support arranged around the household rather than around our convenience. We visit older people and younger adults, with packages running from one short daily call to substantial support built around complex needs. Visits cover personal care, medication, meals, shopping, laundry and household tasks, and for many of the people we see, reliable company as well. We support people living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults, people managing mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities and people living with sight or hearing loss. Each of those changes how we plan a visit and how we communicate, so we learn what suits the individual instead of applying a standard approach. Care begins with an assessment at home and an honest conversation about what would genuinely help. Some households need a great deal and others need surprisingly little, and it is our job to say which rather than to sell a larger package.
