About Sure Healthcare

We are Sure Healthcare, a home care agency supporting adults across Hull. We visit people in their own homes so they can stay in the place, and among the people, they know best. We support older people and people living with dementia, people living with mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities, people with a visual or hearing impairment, and younger adults who need help with daily life. What we offer runs from a short daily call through to several visits a day covering personal care, medication, meals and company. We start by listening. People usually know exactly what they want help with and what they would rather keep doing themselves, and a care plan that ignores that will not last a fortnight. So we agree the plan together, keep to the times we promise, and record what we do so that any change in somebody's health is picked up quickly. We also try to keep the same small group of workers going to the same person. Familiarity does a great deal of the work in home care: somebody who knows you notices the change in you, and somebody you know is easier to accept help from in the first place. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Please ring us if you would like to talk about support at home in Hull.
