About Real Imaging
Real Imaging provides care and support to people in their own homes across Hull. We work with older people and younger adults, people living with dementia, adults with a learning disability or autism, people managing mental health conditions, and people with a physical disability or with sight or hearing loss. Everything starts with a visit and a proper conversation about how the day currently works, where it falls down, what the person wants to keep doing for themselves and what help they would genuinely welcome. The plan that follows is agreed with the person and written in plain language. Our support covers personal care, prompting and assistance with medication, preparing meals and drinks, help with moving about safely, shopping, laundry and housework, and getting out to appointments, education or work. We review arrangements as circumstances change rather than letting them run on unchanged. Our carers are trained for the needs they support and supervised in the work, and we keep the same people visiting the same households wherever the rota allows, because being supported by somebody who knows you is a completely different experience from being visited by a stranger. We work alongside families, GPs, community nurses and social workers. If you are considering care at home in Hull, please contact us and we will arrange to come and see you.
