About Rest Assure Care
Rest Assure Care provides support in people's own homes in Brentford and across the London borough of Hounslow. We work with older people, people living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities, autistic adults, people managing mental health conditions and younger adults. Because that covers a good deal of ground, we do not offer one shape of support and hope it fits. Somebody whose confidence is slowly returning after a difficult stretch of poor mental health needs something quite unlike somebody in the later stages of dementia, and each deserves an arrangement actually built for them. We listen first, agree it in plain language, and revisit it honestly rather than leaving it in a folder. The practical work covers personal care, medication, meals, moving safely around the home, laundry, shopping, appointments and proper company. For other people we support it looks different again, with somebody alongside them at a group, at college, at an appointment or in the early weeks of a job. We keep the same small team around each person wherever the rota allows, because trust in this work is built slowly and careless scheduling can undo it in a fortnight. In a busy part of London we keep rounds tight and local so that continuity survives the traffic. The Care Quality Commission rated us good at our most recent inspection, and we keep asking the people we visit whether that still holds.
