About Oasis Care
Oasis Care supports people in their own homes across Hillingdon and the surrounding parts of west London. We work with older people and younger adults, people living with dementia, people with a learning disability or autism, people with a physical disability, and people with a visual or hearing impairment. Care that comes into a home has to fit the household rather than the other way round. That means paying attention to language, to food, to faith, to who is comfortable being let in and at what hours, and to the preferences a family may never think to state out loud. We would always rather ask than assume, and we expect to keep asking as time goes on. Visits cover personal care, support with medication, meals and drinks, help around the house, and support to get out to appointments or into the community. Some people want us briefly each morning. Others need several calls a day, and the right amount often changes over months. Continuity is the part we guard most carefully. A familiar carer knows what normal looks like for that person, which is what lets them raise a concern early rather than late. The Care Quality Commission has not yet published an overall rating for us. We are glad to talk through our recruitment, training and supervision arrangements.
