About London Borough
We provide care at home for residents of the London Borough of Hillingdon, working from Uxbridge across the borough. Our purpose is to help people remain in their own homes and their own communities, with support that arrives when it is needed and leaves the rest of life alone. We support older people with personal care, medication, meals, mobility and the household tasks that quietly become obstacles. We also work with adults who have a learning disability and autistic adults, people managing mental health conditions, people living with a physical disability, and younger adults who want support that helps them stay independent rather than support that takes over. Support is agreed with the person, and we are careful to record what somebody would rather do for themselves as clearly as what they need help with. Arrangements are reviewed as circumstances change, and we work alongside social workers, health colleagues and families so that people are not left to chase things on their own. We do not currently hold an overall rating from the Care Quality Commission. If you live in the borough and are wondering what support might be available, or you are enquiring on behalf of a relative, please get in touch. We will listen, explain the options clearly and be honest about what we can provide.
