About Rosemont Care
We are Rosemont Care, a home care provider based in Romford supporting people in their own homes across Havering and the surrounding area. The people we work with are varied. We support older people and people living with dementia, adults with a learning disability and autistic adults, people managing a mental health condition or an eating disorder, people with a physical disability or a visual or hearing impairment, and younger adults building independent lives. Because those needs differ so much, we do not offer a fixed package. We visit first, talk properly with the person and with family where that is wanted, and agree what the support should genuinely cover. That might be a morning call, several visits through the day covering personal care, medication and meals, or support that is as much about routine and encouragement as it is about practical help. Where somebody needs care that takes specialist understanding, we prepare the carers going in rather than leaving them to work it out. Continuity matters to almost everyone we support, and for some of the people we work with it decides whether help is accepted at all, so we keep the same carers with the same households wherever the rota allows. We liaise with GPs, district nurses, community teams and social workers as needed. Our most recent CQC overall rating is good. Please call us to talk about what would help.
