About Phoenix Care

We keep the same small team around each person wherever the rota allows, because trust in this work builds slowly and careless scheduling can undo it in a fortnight. At our most recent inspection the Care Quality Commission rated us good overall, and we keep asking the people we support whether that still describes us.
