We are a home care provider based in Romford, supporting people across Havering in their own homes. What we do is straightforward: provide the help somebody needs to keep living where they want to live, at the times they have agreed, delivered by carers they recognise. We visit older people who need support with washing, dressing, meals, medication and household tasks. We support people living with dementia, where a settled routine and a familiar carer make an enormous difference to how a day goes. We also work with people who have a physical disability, including safe support with moving and transfers, and with younger adults needing help to live independently. Timekeeping is not a detail. If somebody needs help to get up, a late call is not an inconvenience, it is an hour of their morning gone. We build rotas around that and keep families informed rather than leaving them guessing. Care starts with a home visit and a proper conversation about what is needed, what the person would rather do themselves and what family are already covering.
