We work with older people, adults living with dementia, autistic adults and people with a learning disability, people managing mental ill health, adults with physical disabilities, people with sight or hearing loss and younger adults. For younger adults it often means support to get to work or college rather than help winding down. For those living with dementia it means the same carers and the same routine, because familiarity does most of the good. We keep rounds tight across the borough so calls arrive when they should, train carers before they work alone and supervise them in people's homes afterwards. We are a newer team and have not yet had a full inspection of our own. Please ask us hard questions rather than taking our word for anything.
