About Green Arrow Care
Green Arrow Care provides care and support in people's own homes across Hackney and the surrounding parts of London. We visit older people and younger adults, with packages running from one short daily call to substantial support built around complex needs. Visits cover personal care, medication, meals, shopping, laundry and household tasks, and for many of the people we see, reliable company as well. We support people living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults, people managing mental health conditions and people with physical disabilities. Each of those changes how we plan a visit and how we communicate, so we learn what suits the individual rather than applying a standard approach. London life is busy and home care can easily become rushed. We work against that. We agree realistic call times, we keep the same carers with the same people wherever we can, and we would rather have an honest conversation about what a package really needs than promise something we cannot deliver. Care starts with an assessment in the person's own home, involving them and, if they wish, their family. The plan belongs to them and changes when their needs change.
