About Reardon Court
Reardon Court provides care to people in their own homes in Enfield, in north London. We support older people, adults living with dementia, people living with mental health conditions, people with a physical disability or a visual or hearing impairment, and younger adults. Most people come to us because they want to stay put. Home is where the routines make sense, where the neighbours are known and where somebody still feels in charge of their own day. What we offer is the support that makes staying there realistic, whether that is a short call each morning to help with washing, dressing and medication, or a good deal more across the day. We plan each package with the person and with whoever they want involved. We would rather agree what help is genuinely wanted than turn up with a fixed idea of what someone needs, and we review arrangements when circumstances change rather than leaving them as they were set up months ago. Continuity is what families ask us about most, and rightly so. We keep the same small group of carers with the same person wherever we can, because care given by someone who knows you is better care and because a familiar carer notices quickly when something is not right. Reardon Court does not yet hold an overall rating from the Care Quality Commission. We are happy to explain how we work and to answer whatever you want to ask before you commit to anything.
