About Care Individual
Care Individual provides support to people in their own homes across Enfield. We work with older adults, younger adults, people living with dementia, people with learning disabilities and autistic people, and people living with physical disabilities. Our starting point is always what the person wants their life to look like rather than what a standard package of visits would normally contain. That sounds obvious and is easy to get wrong. Someone may value getting out to the shops far more than having a spotless kitchen. Someone else may want the practical help done quickly so they can have their home to themselves again. We ask, and then we arrange the support to match. Where we support younger adults and people with learning disabilities the emphasis moves from care towards enabling, and success looks like somebody getting to work or college and running their own home with as little interference from us as possible. We put real effort into sending the same small group of carers to the same people. It makes rotas harder and it makes everything else easier. Our most recent rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Please get in touch to discuss support in Enfield.
