About Angel House
Angel House provides care at home for people in Enfield and the surrounding parts of London. We support a wide range of adults, and every package is built around the person and their household rather than picked from a fixed list. For older people we help with personal care, medication, meals, laundry, shopping and keeping the home in order, and we support people to get out to appointments or simply out of the house. Where somebody is living with dementia we keep the same care workers visiting wherever the rota allows, follow the routine already in place and leave things where the person expects to find them. We support adults with a learning disability and autistic adults, where the work is often about independence: cooking, budgeting, travelling locally and having staff who understand how a person communicates. For adults with mental health needs we offer reliability and respectful company rather than a long list of tasks. For people with a physical disability we help with moving safely and managing at home, and where there is sight or hearing loss we adapt how we communicate and always say who we are. Younger adults are supported around their own lives. Our care workers are trained for the people they actually visit and we keep teams as settled as the rota allows. Please ring us to discuss support at home.
