About Visiting Angels
Visiting Angels supports people in their own homes across Ealing and the surrounding parts of west London. We work with older people, people living with dementia, adults with a learning disability, autistic adults, people with a physical disability, people with visual or hearing impairment and younger adults. Home care should fit around a life that already exists rather than rearrange it. We begin by asking how the day usually runs, what has become difficult and what somebody can still do perfectly well and would rather keep doing. People are often very specific about that, and getting it right at the start is what makes support feel like help rather than an intrusion. Visits cover personal care, support with medication, meals, help around the house and getting out to appointments or into town. For some people we also provide longer periods of company, which matters more than it is sometimes given credit for. Continuity of carer takes planning in London and we treat it as central rather than as a nice extra. A familiar face who knows the flat, the routine and the person makes a visit work in a way nobody new can. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Please get in touch to talk things through.
