About Safety First Care
We are Safety First Care, a home care agency supporting people across Ealing and the surrounding parts of west London in their own homes. Home is where a person's routines, belongings and neighbours already are, and for most of the people we work with, staying there is the entire point. We fill the gaps that have opened up rather than take charge of a life somebody has spent years building. We support older people who need help with washing and dressing, medication, meals, shopping or keeping the house in order. We support people living with dementia, where a familiar face and a steady routine do more good than almost anything else we could offer, so we keep the same small team visiting wherever we can. We also work with people living with mental ill health, with people who have a physical disability and with people who have a visual or hearing impairment, adapting how we communicate to suit the individual, and with younger adults who want assistance that makes work, study and everyday plans achievable. Every arrangement begins with a visit and a proper conversation about what would genuinely help and how often. We agree the detail, write it down plainly and review it as circumstances change rather than waiting for a crisis. Our most recent Care Quality Commission inspection rated us good overall. If you are looking into support at home in Ealing, please get in touch and we will talk it through with you honestly.
