About Allura Care
Allura Care provides care and support to people in their own homes in Ealing and the surrounding part of London. The people we work with include older people, younger adults, people living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities, autistic adults, people managing mental health conditions or an eating disorder, people with physical disabilities and people with sight or hearing loss. That is a wide range of need, and what holds it together is that we start from the person rather than from a package we happen to offer. We visit first, listen properly, and agree what help is wanted, how often and who will provide it, with family or an advocate involved whenever somebody wants them there. This part of London is home to many communities and many languages, and we try to match support workers to households in a way that takes account of language, food, faith and custom as well as care needs. Reliability is the substance of this work, so we keep teams small and local, brief staff properly before they start with somebody new, and avoid unannounced substitutions. Where somebody has an eating disorder or a mental health condition we make sure the people visiting understand what is needed and we work alongside the relevant clinical teams. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Please get in touch to talk things through.
