About ADSL
We are ADSL, a home care agency supporting people across Ealing and the surrounding parts of west London in their own homes. Home is where a person's routines, belongings and neighbours already are, and for most of the people we work with, staying there is the whole point. Our role is to fill the gaps that have appeared without taking over the parts of life somebody still manages well. We support older people who need help with washing and dressing, medication, meals, shopping or keeping the house in order. We support people living with dementia, where a familiar face and a predictable routine do more good than almost anything else we could offer, so we keep the same small team visiting wherever it is possible. We also work with people living with mental ill health and with people who have a physical disability, offering practical help with mobility and daily tasks while leaving decisions where they belong, with the person. Every arrangement begins with a visit and a proper conversation about what would actually help. We agree the detail, write it down plainly and review it when circumstances change rather than letting a plan go stale. Our care workers are encouraged to flag anything that seems different, because someone who visits regularly notices a change in appetite, mood or steadiness early. If you are looking into support at home in Ealing, we would be glad to visit, listen and be straightforward about whether we are the right fit for you.
