About ELMS Health Solution

We are a home care provider based in Cambridge, supporting people across Cambridgeshire in their own homes. Our work covers older people who need help with personal care, medication and everyday tasks, and it also covers younger adults, people with a physical disability and adults with a learning disability or who are autistic. Those are genuinely different kinds of support, and we think it matters that we treat them that way rather than sending the same visit to everyone. For an older person, our role is often about making the difference between managing at home and not managing at home, and the things that tip that balance are usually small and practical. For a younger adult, the point is more often independence, and our job is to be present for the parts that are hard while staying out of the way for the parts that are not.
