About Careuk247 Home Care

Careuk247 Home Care Cambridgeshire supports people in their own homes across Cambridge and the surrounding county. We work with older people, adults living with dementia, people with a learning disability or autism, those with a physical disability, people living with a visual or hearing impairment, and younger adults. Because the people we visit are so different from one another, we plan each arrangement individually. We start by meeting the person, and their family if they want that, and asking how they like their day to run, what they manage well themselves and where support would make a real difference. That becomes a written plan in plain language, reviewed as circumstances change rather than filed away. Visits can cover personal care, medication, meals, household tasks, shopping, appointments and company, from a short daily call to support across the whole day. For people with a sensory impairment we take care that conversation and information reach them properly, and for those living with dementia we keep faces and routines as familiar as we can. We keep teams small, train carers for the needs they will actually meet, and make sure families can always reach someone. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good.
