About Vivid Community Care
Vivid Community Care supports people in their own homes in Halifax and across Calderdale. We work with older people and younger adults, with people living with dementia, with people who have learning disabilities and autism, with people managing mental health conditions and with people who have physical disabilities. Supporting that range of people means there is no single way of doing this work. An older person who wants a little help in the morning and otherwise wants to be left in peace needs something quite different from a younger adult working towards greater independence. So each arrangement begins with what the person is trying to achieve rather than with a list of tasks, and the plan is made with them rather than for them. Our staff help with personal care, medication, meals, household tasks and getting out into the community. We adapt how we communicate to suit the individual, aim for consistency of carers, and review arrangements when circumstances change. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. We welcome enquiries from people considering support, from families and from professionals.
