About Embark
Here at Embark, we provide home care to people living in Hove and the wider Brighton and Hove area, supporting individuals to live as independently as possible in the comfort of their own homes. We work with a range of people, including younger adults, those living with a learning disability or autism, people with physical disabilities, and individuals with visual or hearing impairments. We take time to understand each person we support, recognising that everyone has their own way of living their life, and our role is to fit around that rather than the other way around. Our team is made up of people who genuinely care about the work they do. We invest in training and make sure our staff feel supported, because we know that the quality of care someone receives depends entirely on the people delivering it. When our team feels valued and well prepared, that comes through in every visit they make.
